Students will learn how to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. Basic First Aid will teach students how to respond to other emergencies caused by injury or sudden illness. And, AED Essentials teaches students when and how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator).

To earn CPR certification, students must pass a written test as well as pass the skills portion of the training. To earn AED certification, students must have current CPR certification, pass a written test as well as pass the skills portion of the training. To earn Basic First Aid certification, students must pass a written test as well as pass the skills portion of the training.

CPR certification is valid for 2 year.
Basic First Aid certification is valid for 2 years.

Adult CPR/AED, Basic First Aid

This course teaches American Safety & Health Institute/Medic First Aid Adult CPR, Basic First Aid and AED Essentials.
